What is diabetes?
This disease is not caused by any virus or germ. Human beings eat energy food, this food turns into starch, then starch into glucose which is transported to all the cells, which gives energy to the body. Insulin is responsible for transporting glucose to other cells and insulin production in the body of a diabetic patient stops or decreases, due to which the amount of glucose or sugar in the body is increased.
There are 2 types of diabetes.
Type 1 Diabetes: The amount of insulin in the body of a diabetic patient is reduced, which can be controlled, but cannot be eradicated. In this, the patient is given insulin from outside. Due to this, their life goes on normal. In type 1 diabetes, pancreatic beta cells do not produce insulin, which is impossible to treat. This diabetes affects children and youth up to 19 years very quickly.
